In life we all look forward to special days.
On Saturday Catriona and I had one of those days. We had waited just over eight weeks. We were now able to meet our new Grand Son Cameron. We approached the hospital with some trepidation. It was a nineteen seventies building. Very anonymous, made of concrete with little charm. We entered through typical gray corridors to find our way to the maternity unit. After washing and sterilising our hands we were shown to a room with a plastic crib holding a tiny person.
We were greeting by the sheer perfection of life. A tiny baby. He was still wired to his monitors. He was awake and Cameron wanted his dinner. Share with us this small video of our first visit.
